Well I'm still gaining, but it is slowing down and more steady. After my 3 lb jump I was alittle bummed. I have been keeping up with walking at least twice a week, at a minimum. I'm starting to feel bigger and move slower. This isn't about how fast I can move though...it is just about moving in general.
So this week's official weigh in was 193.4...how I keep hitting that .4 everything I just don't know.
