Breakfast -
whole wheat toast w/ some cinnamon and sug.
1/2 light yogurt
2 cups coffee
snack carrots and wedge of laughing cow light cheese (garlic and herb)
10 almonds
lunch
left over mac & cheese with ground sirloin (about 1.5 cups)
coke zero
Dinner (not sure yet, uh oh...unplanned isn't good)
