Yesterday was a good food day. I stayed on plan and felt good about it. Here is what is planned for today.
Breakfast
whole wheat english muffin with almond butter
1 cup skim milk
2 cups coffee
lunch - butternut squash lean cuisine
carrots and wedge of LC cheese
coke zero
snack - 7 almonds
snack - 2/3 cup of cheerios snack mix, 130 cals
dinner
left over turkey meatballs and penne pasta with sauce
+frozen mixed veggies with little cheese sauce
hot tea.
Another on plan day. 2 down and about 18250 to go :)
I am really wanting somethig sweet, but so far resisted.
